Do you know what I do when I want to know what settings an item has? I open the property palette of the item and read the list. Then if I want to know more about a particular property (like if I can set it programatically) I select it in the palette and press F1 to bring up help.
There are properties for both of the above.

Create your own icon with label and put them in form Installed directory C:\orant\FORMS60\java\oracle\forms\icons.
