Check Oracle Lite.

From what I can tell (own experience, that is), Oracle Lite is installed on a mobile device. Although you can access it via "mobile" SQL*Plus, it is quite difficult to use it that way. Therefore, you need an application that works with the database. Ours was written in Visual Basic.

Oracle Lite was later synchronized with our "main" database (via Active Sync).

The document says that username is SYSTEM. By default, its password is "MANAGER". Did you try it?

I wouldn't know what to do, then. I suggest you to follow the original Oracle documentation.

My experience dates quite a few years back, so I don't recall everything we did. Sorry.
