sir
i m using oracle 10g database & forms/report version
there is a form in our system which we can uploded/downloaded any excel or word file
but problem is when i click on this form through menu
then i check another forms which have background colour
& foreground colour are unspecified are shown in red colour
after that if i down/up my instance and open all form then
it shows on normal colour
i attached that form
what is the problem of this form

sir
if i create a new form same like this
when i click a button for browse file then it shows error
PKG_FICHIERS.selection package not found (ora-06508)
when i check this package in package body then i found
referenced by is not matched with old form
how i can create referenced by in oracle forms package
