i'm working on ORACLE 10g,
how to specify LOV position in the Form Builder?

Open LOV's Property Palette and modify X and Y Position (under Physical node).

Search your form for 'set_lov_property' - it may be being set manually somewhere.

In Lov Property Palette Set "Automatic Position" to "No"
